The 2003 Lance Armstrong Foundation Ride for the Roses Weekend attracted participants from around the world. Approximately 6000 cyclists and runners took part in this annual event benefiting cancer survivors.

Lance Armstrong and AMD Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Patrick Moorhead kicked off the AMD-sponsored Run for the Roses. AMD employees demonstrated their support throughout the weekend by running, riding and volunteering to support other participants and event activities.

This year the Lance Armstrong Foundation Peloton Project more than doubled the amount raised last year.
